Help Us Discover
Employers Who Care

Tell us about the practices you value at your company. These might include how it builds relationships, supports career development, promotes employee health, or helps people balance work and personal life.

Your recommendation can help our editorial team discover employers and practices worth exploring. Please include a business email address for the person responsible for HR or employer branding so we have an appropriate company contact if we decide to follow up.

Recommending an employer is not a formal application and does not guarantee that we will contact the company or grant it recognition.

FAQ

Learn what Friendly Workplace recognition means, how to explore employer profiles, and what happens when you recommend your employer.

What does Friendly Workplace recognition mean?

Friendly Workplace is a certificate and award granted by the editorial team at MarkaPracodawcy.pl, a Polish employer branding publication, based on an assessment of information submitted in an employer questionnaire. The assessment covers five areas: employee relations, professional development, work-life balance, a healthy and safe workplace, and employee benefits.
Recognition highlights practices valued by the editorial jury. It does not mean that every employee has the same experience. An employer profile can help you learn about the organization and prepare questions about working in a specific team.

Where does the information in employer profiles come from?

Profiles include an editorial assessment alongside information provided by the employer about its workplace culture, programs, and employee initiatives. They may also feature statements from company representatives and photographs.
Descriptions of workplace practices reflect information shared for that publication. They should not be read as independent reviews from all employees or as a current offer of employment.

Which country, part of the organization, and year does the recognition cover?

Friendly Workplace recognition can have a country-specific or global scope. Country-specific recognition applies to the employer’s operations in the named country, within the scope of the assessment. It does not automatically extend to the entire international group.

Friendly Workplace® Global recognition applies to organizations where practices addressing all five program criteria are implemented throughout the corporation or across most of its locations worldwide. These criteria cover employee relations, professional development, work-life balance, a healthy and safe workplace, and employee benefits. The assessment is based on information provided by the employer about these practices and the extent of their implementation.

Global recognition does not mean that every country follows identical practices. How the five criteria are put into practice may vary to reflect local conditions and employee needs.

Each employer profile identifies the organization or unit covered, the geographic scope of the recognition, and the year for which it was awarded.

Are the benefits described available to every employee?

Not necessarily. Access to benefits and programs may depend on the country, location, role, employment arrangement, and the employer’s policies. Benefits may also change over time.
Use the profile as a starting point for a conversation. During the hiring process, ask which benefits apply to the specific role and what the eligibility requirements are.

Where can I find job openings at these companies?

If an employer profile includes a link to the company’s careers page, follow it to explore current openings and application instructions. You can also visit the company’s official website and look for its careers section.
Friendly Workplace features employers and their workplace practices. Submit job applications directly to the company, following the instructions in its job postings.

What happens after I recommend my employer?

Your recommendation helps our editorial team discover employers and workplace practices worth exploring. You can describe specific initiatives and, optionally, suggest a department or person we could contact about the company’s participation in the program.
Our editorial team reviews recommendations and may choose to contact the employer. A recommendation is not a formal application and does not guarantee contact or recognition. If the company decides to participate, it goes through an assessment based on the employer questionnaire. The number of recommendations alone does not determine the outcome.
