About Friendly Workplace

Friendly Workplace is an editorial award programme established in 2018 by MarkaPracodawcy.pl. We recognise employers for the practices they describe across employee relationships, development, work–life balance, a healthy workplace and benefits.

Through employer profiles, we bring these practices into view, helping candidates and employees get to know recognised organisations and giving other employers examples to explore.

In 2027, Friendly Workplace enters its 10th edition.

The expertise behind the programme

Friendly Workplace® was created by MarkaPracodawcy.pl, a Polish online publication dedicated to employer branding, HR and workplace culture since 2007. Its name means “Employer Brand” in Polish.

Behind the publication is a team of employer branding experts with 20 years of experience in the field. Our work brings together editorial insight, expert perspectives and examples of how employers approach relationships, development and wellbeing at work.

We bring this experience to Friendly Workplace® through the editorial assessment of submissions and the presentation of recognised employers. Our aim is to explain what organisations do for their people — giving candidates, employees and other employers concrete practices to explore.
